6:30-7:30 a.m.: yoga flow with Tung
9:15-10:30 a.m.: heated power flow with Mara
5:15-6:30 p.m.: beginners yoga with Clint*
7-8:15 p.m.: hatha yoga level 2-3 (Anusara-Inspired) with Clint* class canceled
Tuesday
9:15-10:30 a.m.: yoga basics with Flo*
12-1:15 p.m.: heated yoga flow with Mara
5-6:15 p.m.: vinyasa flow with Mara
6:30-7:45 p.m.: hatha yoga mixed level (Anusara-Inspired)with Flo*
Wednesday
6:30-7:30 a.m.: yoga flow with Lisa
9:15-10:30 a.m.: hatha yoga with Beth
6:00-7:15 p.m.: heated yoga flow with Mara
Thursday
9:15-10:30 a.m.: yoga basics with Flo*
12-1:15 pm.: yoga flow with Lisa
5:00-6:15 p.m.: vinyasa flow with Mara
6:30-7:45 p.m.: beginners yoga with Clint*
Friday
6:30-7:30 a.m.: yoga flow with Tung
9:15-10:30 a.m.: hatha yoga with Beth
11 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: vinyasa flow with Katie class canceled
Saturday
9-10:30 a.m.: yoga flow with Lisa
11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: vinyasa flow 2-3 with Lisa
3-4:30 p.m.: restorative yoga with Debz ( 3rd Saturday of each month only)
Sunday
9-10:30 a.m.: yoga flow with Diana
11 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: hatha yoga with Mara
4-5:30 p.m.: vinyasa flow 2-3 with Mara
