Mindy Wilson
Yoga has been a part of Mindy’s life for more than a decade. She has been practicing and teaching for nearly eight years. She spends most of her time practicing in the vinyasa style; however, she enjoys ashtanga, restorative, and basically any kind of yoga class.
Mindy loves how yoga always grows with her. Yoga can be intensely physical and challenging; yoga is amazingly restorative and healing; and yoga can bring oneself to a more mindful, meditative and more aware presence of being. Never boring, always changing – yoga teaches the student.
Mindy approaches her classes with an open mind and a very warm and welcoming way. She is looking forward to sharing with her students what her yoga practice has given her – and, even more importantly, helping lead her students/friends into their places of discovery and peace.
Mindy is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and has attended workshops and teacher trainings with many notable yoga instructors, including Mark Blanchard, Baron Baptiste and Bikram Choudhury, to name a few. But she believes that practice and dedication and a genuine love and interest in yoga is what makes her a solid instructor.
Mindy was a co-owner of Well Being Yoga, the precursor to Inspire Yoga. She is incredibly happy to be back in this special studio, this time as an instructor/student.
