Saturday

The philosophy of Anusara Yoga suggests that the Yogic Path is essentially a journey of bliss and delight. While obstacles to that experience abound, the many challenges we face can be engaged as means of uncovering and expressing the deeper delight of the Spirit. Come delight in these challenging poses with a light heart, a curious mind and learn how very basic poses create a pathway to the more advanced asanas.
Sunday

Yoga is fueled from the wellspring of truth inside of us and as much as it is a journey inward toward that which we already are, it is a movement outward toward that which we are becoming.
